Veda is a professional beauty and wellness service – we understand there are various type of beauty and wellness services offered in the industry – we want to be clear, our service is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in any nature.

  • BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT IS DUE TO START

    Please ensure you've decided whether you'd like to have the treatment on your bed, couch or on your floor.

  • ON ARRIVAL

    Our friendly beauty therapist will arrive on time, so please make sure you're at your home / hotel room or office for the time you've booked. In the unlikely event our therapist is running late, you will receive a text message / call from the therapist directly.

  • DURING THE SESSION

    The therapist will ask you a few simple questions in order to tailor the treatment to your needs and will kindly ask you to sign a consultation form. Please make the therapist aware of any injuries or allergies you have from any product.

  • AFTER THE SESSION

    Please give feedback to our therapist which you may have in the feedback form provided by the therapist. If you have any complaints or would like to speak us, we invite you to email our complaints handler on reachus@vedahomesalon.com

  • CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

    In the unlikely event that your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking please cancel at least 4 hours prior to your booking If you would like to amend your booking, you can do so by calling us on 8860520380 or whatsapp us.

  • PRICES AND OPENING HOURS

    All prices quoted on the booking page is full and final, inclusive of transportation with no hidden fees. Our therapists operate from 10am to 10pm - 7:30 days a week
